I am Pavel Bartoš. I teach, lead organisations and design technology. My work brings together education, executive management, IT project leadership and software development.
I lead the European Academy of Education, teach at DTI University and work with professional qualifications. I am interested in how people learn, how organisations make decisions and where artificial intelligence can make a useful contribution.

→What changes when AI enters learning?
My research connects AI, management and education. My interests include personalised and student-centred learning, hybrid education and collaboration between people and artificial intelligence.
A central question is what students actually learn and can later apply independently. I also examine how organisations adopt technology and use data to inform their decisions.
I author and co-author research articles, professional books and university teaching materials.
